ReBloom Rentals - Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with ReBloom Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservation & Payment Terms
A non-refundable Reservation Fee equal to 50% of the total order is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your event date and inventory.
The remaining balance will automatically be charged to the payment method on file 7 days prior to your event date.
Any additions, upgrades, substitutions, quantity increases, or modifications made within 7 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time the changes are made and prior to delivery, pickup, or setup.
Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of your reservation, forfeiture of all monies paid, and/or refusal of delivery or setup services.
Reservation Fee & Security Deposit Policy
The initial 50% Reservation Fee secures your event date, rental inventory, labor scheduling, and inventory allocation. Because inventory is reserved specifically for your event and unavailable to other clients once booked, Reservation Fees are non-refundable under the cancellation terms outlined below.
You will be charged the remaining 50% balance 7 days prior to your event date.
ReBloom Rentals reserves the right to require an additional security or damage deposit for certain orders, large installations, custom builds, specialty inventory, or high-risk rental items.
Clients are financially responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, excessively dirty, improperly handled, or unreturned items.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date may be eligible for cancellation of the remaining balance; however, the initial 50% Reservation Fee remains non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid, including the Reservation Fee and any additional payments already collected.
Because inventory, staffing, and scheduling are reserved specifically for your event, no exceptions will be made for cancellations due to weather, venue changes, personal circumstances, reduced guest counts, or change of plans.
Order Modifications & Anti-Circumvention Policy
Clients may not intentionally reserve a smaller order for the purpose of avoiding cancellation penalties, minimums, inventory commitments, or payment obligations and then substantially increase the order closer to the event date.
Any items, services, rentals, floral pieces, installations, or upgrades added within 14 days of the event date are considered part of the original reservation and become immediately non-cancelable and non-refundable upon addition to the order.
If ReBloom Rentals determines that a customer intentionally manipulated or staged an order to circumvent payment terms, cancellation policies, inventory holds, or reservation requirements, ReBloom Rentals reserves the right to:
-
Require immediate payment in full
-
Refuse additional modifications
-
Cancel the reservation without refund
-
Retain all monies paid
Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Delivery windows are estimated and may vary based on traffic, weather, venue restrictions, or prior event schedules.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and setup-ready upon arrival. Delays caused by venue access restrictions, incomplete setup areas, or third-party vendors may result in additional labor fees.
Rental items must remain protected from extreme weather, open flames, theft, negligence, animals, and misuse.
Damage, Loss & Replacement
Clients assume full responsibility for all rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until items are returned or collected by ReBloom Rentals.
Damaged, stained, broken, missing, altered, or unreturned items will be charged at full replacement value plus applicable labor and sourcing costs.
No adhesives, sprays, pins, glue, floral wire, tape, paint, or alterations may be applied to rental items unless approved in writing.
Force Majeure
ReBloom Rentals shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, accidents, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or venue-related issues.
