Q: What is faux floral rental, and how is it different from purchasing real flowers?
Faux floral rental means you get professionally styled silk and real-touch arrangements delivered, set up, and picked up, without the wilting, the waste, or the fresh-flower price tag. Unlike purchasing real flowers, you're getting premium pieces reused across dozens of events, looking perfect every single time.
Q: Are silk and real-touch flowers convincing in person and in wedding photos?
Yes! Absolutely! They are genuinely convincing. ReBloom uses premium real-touch florals with latex-coated petals that mimic the texture and appearance of fresh flowers so closely that guests touch them to check. In photos, they're completely indistinguishable. More than a few photographers have been surprised to learn the flowers weren't fresh.
Q: What flower types are available? (e.g., roses, ranunculus, peonies)
ReBloom's collections include a wide range of blooms — roses, peonies, ranunculus, cosmos, poppies, mums, eucalyptus, pampas grass, and more. Each curated collection, from Golden Meadow to Desert Oasis to Coastal Garden, features its own signature florals. If you're looking for something specific, just ask — customization is always on the table.
Q: Can I customize the colors of the arrangements?
Absolutely. Colors and styles can be customized, and you can mix and match pieces across different ReBloom collections to build something that's uniquely yours. Whether you want to swap blush for ivory or layer two collections together, your free 30-minute consultation is the perfect place to map that out. We can also add fresh greenery and any fresh flowers you'd like.
Lastly, if you don't see a collection or color theme you like, we can custom build a collection for you. If it is a unique/exotic color theme, we can build it for you at a cost, and you can keep it afterwards or sell it after your event if you wish.
The Process
Q: How does the rental process work from start to finish?
You can reserve your pieces of full collection online. Just choose your dates and any available pieces/collections will populate.
You'll then reserve your florals and date(s) by placing the retainer fee of 50%. The remaining will be charged 15 days prior to your event.
Consultations are FREE! Not sure what to choose or have additional questions, feel free to schedule a 30 minute consult. Already reserved your florals, but still have questions? Every rental includes a free 30-minute consultation to explore your vision and choose your pieces.
On your wedding day, ReBloom handles delivery, professional setup, any ceremony-to-reception repurposing, and pickup — all included for Central Texas orders of full collections.
Q: How far in advance should I book my wedding florals?
Booking 6–12 months out is ideal for popular wedding dates, especially spring and fall weekends in the Austin area. That said, if your date is closer, it's always worth reaching out — availability can surprise you. The sooner you inquire, the better your chances of locking in your preferred collection and pieces.
Q: What is included in the 30-minute consultation?
Your free consultation is a focused conversation about your vision, venue, and floral needs. Erika will walk you through available collections, discuss customization options, and help you figure out which pieces make the most sense for your budget and layout. You'll leave with a clear direction and no pressure to book on the spot.
Q: Can I see the arrangements before my wedding date?
Yes — by appointment, you can view ReBloom arrangements at a styled showcase or in-person consultation. Seeing (and touching) the real-touch florals in person is the fastest way to go from curious to confident. It also makes customization conversations a lot more intuitive when you can see the pieces right in front of you.
Logistics & Policies
Q: Do you deliver, set up, and pick up the florals?
Yes. Delivery, professional setup, ceremony-to-reception repurposing, and end-of-night pickup are all included on qualifying orders. You won't be wrestling with arches or chasing down centerpieces at midnight — ReBloom handles the full logistics so you and your people can actually enjoy the day.
Q: What areas do you serve in Texas?
ReBloom serves Austin and surrounding areas including Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Georgetown, Bee Cave, San Antonio, and Waco. For events located more than one hour from Central Austin, a travel fee of $50 per hour applies. Not sure if your venue is in range? Just ask — Erika is happy to check.
Q: What happens if something is damaged?
Normal wear that comes with any event is completely expected and accounted for. If something is significantly damaged beyond standard use, clients are responsible for those costs. Erika will walk you through the specific damage policy during your consultation so there are no surprises — the goal is always a smooth, stress-free experience for everyone.
Q: What is your cancellation and deposit policy?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to secure your date and hold your pieces. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your event. If you need to cancel, the retainer is non-refundable — but reach out as soon as possible, and Erika will do her best to work with your situation.

Full wedding faux floral rental packages from ReBloom range from $2,500 to $5,500, depending on the scope of your event, the pieces selected, and any customization. That pricing includes delivery, setup, repurposing, and pickup on qualifying orders — which adds significant value compared to piecing everything together separately.
